Description
HOW TO APPLY
- Moisten the applicator with water and dip it in the powder until an almost "creamy" amalgam is obtained.
- Proceed with the application by making small strokes along the lashes forming a compact and regular line.
- As an eyeshadow it can be used dry for a very shaded and soft effect or moistened to obtain a more intense black and an impeccable fixation.
