The Misura company has made an Italian biscuit that intertwines well-being with great taste. Their whole wheat biscuits are rich in fiber and trans fat free. With a mildly sweet taste these biscuits make for a healthy snack on their own in addition to going well with coffee or tea due to their snappy texture.
Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat flour 56%, sugar, sunflower oil 16%, malted wheat flour, eggs, wheat fiber 2%, oat fiber 2%, skimmed milk powder, malt extract from barley and maize, inulin from chicory 1%, raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, flavorings. May contain soy, sesame seeds, and nuts.
