Description
- Use funnel provided to make filling balloons easy. Insert small end of funnel into balloon. Hold the large end of the funnel tightly over the faucet opening and add water slowly,
- Do not overfill as balloon will not fit in launch cup.
- Tie off balloon after filling. Place water-filled balloon into launch cup. While holding handle of toy in one hand, pull back the cup with the other hand using the finger grips.
- Aim and release cup to fire!
- Note: Always pull the launch cup straight back so that it does not hit your fingers or the handle when you release it.
