Code change - The initial code is 00000 as shown next to the arrow

Spin the code wheel - After aligning the start code, turn the knob 90° clockwise as shown

Set a new code

Turn the wheel back - Turn the wheel 90° counterclockwise

Note:

5-digit codes have 100,000 possible combinations, while 4-digit codes have only 10,000 possible combinations. 5-digit codes therefore have 10 times more combinations than standard 4-digit codes.

After aligning and unlocking the code wheel, the lock head was detached and then reinstalled, and the code wheel rotated 360° to complete one test cycle. The lock was then tested for a specified number of cycles, demonstrating a service life of at least 5,000 cycles without loss of functionality.

The lock was mounted on two round metal bars with a diameter of 25mm, with the lock head placed evenly between both bars. A tensile tester was then used to apply the stress to a specified value.

When locked, the lock can withstand a tensile force of 1500N without loss of functionality.
