Dumyah Points Rewards Terms and Conditions

Section 1 - Eligibility

The Dumyah Points Rewards Program is available to all registered users of the Dumyah mobile application (“App”).

Section 2 - Earning Points

Customers will earn 10 points for every 1 Jordanian Dinar (JOD) spent on purchases through the App, provided that the product price is equal to or exceeds 1 JOD.

Points are earned based on the final amount paid for products, excluding delivery fees and other additional charges.

Points are not earned on purchases made using vouchers, but the purchaser of the voucher will earn points.

Section 3 - Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed through the user’s Dumyah account.

Every 1,000 points is equivalent to 1 JOD, which can be used for future purchases on the App.

Redeemed points will be deducted from the user’s points balance.

Section 4 - Expiration of Points

Points expire 6 months from the date they are earned.

Section 5 - Returns and Cancellations

In the event of a product return, points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the user’s account.

If the user’s points balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, future points earnings will be adjusted accordingly.

Section 6 - Restrictions

Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points can only be redeemed and earned through the App.

Section 7 - Modification and Termination of the Program

Dumyah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Changes to the Program may affect users’ points balances and redemption options.

Section 8 - Liability and Disputes

Dumyah is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the redemption or use of points.

Any disputes regarding points balance or redemption will be resolved at Dumyah’s sole discretion.

Section 9 - Acceptance of Terms

Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for any changes.
