Hello, I purchased 304 storage boxes from your company. According to the instructions, each box is designed to hold 107 kg. The boxes were transported in a truck, with four boxes stacked on top of each other, each box weighing 20 kg. The problem arose upon delivery: the lids on 32 boxes were broken, and two boxes were completely damaged. Please inform me if it is possible to obtain replacement lids and two boxes as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation. The purchase was made in Dubai.
