I have a honey related ritual every morning. I always make sure I keep a jar of pure organic honey for 1-2 spoonfuls with my big flask of warm water and lemon first thing when i wake up. I run out of my local stock so i decided to buy this Irish brand and it turned out to be the best buy ever made in my honey purchases. It's not so sweet and the flavour is so pungent that it leaves a burning sensation in my throat. Also, I tried it in my home made remedies for my face breakout and it worked wonders. I love it so much!
