Brezzo Organic Wild Flower Honeys smell varies, depending on the predominant flowering and harvest area, the consistency is crystallized, with colour from light beige to brown. Its taste is variable according to flowering and harvest. It is collected in Piedmont during the period from May to August. Millefiori honey is the best one to use at table. Great sweetener, it pairs well with all types of cheese.

By far this is the best wildflower honey we have ever tried. It's sweet and the wildflower gives it an extra depth of flavour. I liked the dark amber colour and thickness. It's perfect for my morning spoonful intake or as my green tea sweetener. I love it!!
