Directions for use

• 1 teaspoon = 6.5 g.
• Children 4 to 12 years take 2 to 3 times a day one teaspoon of honey with extracts of propolis and thyme before meals.
• Children 12 years and adults take 3 to 5 times a day one teaspoon of honey with extracts of propolis and thyme before meals.
