Mielbio Italian Alps honey is a creamy honey produced during summer from the nectar of mountain flowers, in the hilly areas of the Alpine arc. Its color is light amber / hazelnut, sometimes darker if honeydew is present.
Flavor: The taste is very delicate, but can be stronger depending on the botanical varieties. It is fresh and persistent.
Pairings and tips: It is ideal for breakfast, its creaminess is enhanced by the combination with soft cheese, and excellent as a sweetener for herbal teas and hot drinks.

Seriously best honey ever! I used to buy a German brand but it's out of stock from our local store. It's the first time I order food and nutrition related items from Dumyah and I am super glad I did. Acacia honey, I preserve it for treatment against cold or flu. This Italian brand is amazing it's full of flavour and rich in its nutritional value. I wish it could come in bigger jars. It run out super quick.
