Description
Ingredients:
- wheat flour, salt
- thickener
- guar seed flour
- raising agent
- sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate.
- certified organic ingredient
Method of preparation:
- cook them in 4 minutes in unsalted boiling water on low heat, or leave them to soak in hot water that is not boiling (70-80°) for about 10 minutes, covered.
- Once drained and run under cold water, add them to the pan with your favorite already cooked vegetables, tofu or seitan and sauté them for a few minutes.
- May contain traces of cereals containing gluten : wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled, khorasan kamut wheat.
- Storage method: keep in a dry place away from heat and light.
