• This wakame selected by Clearspring is harvested in the clear mineral rich waters off the coast of Japan then it is washed then hung on ropes and left to slowly dry in the sun
•  Unlike most commercial wakame, Clearspring Wakame is not treated with softening agents such as enzymes or monosodium glutamate 
• Simply soak, cut into suitably sized pieces and add to your favourite dishes
• It is especially delicious added to miso soup, sauted with onions or served with blanched greens
•  It also combines especially well with cucumber, spring onions and ginger with a lime juice & miso vinegar dressing
