- Noodle with turmeric, wheat flour and guar.
- Probios Ramen Noodles are wheat noodles ideal for Asian style soups,
- such as the famous Japanese ramen.
- They have a delicate but characteristic taste of oriental preparations.
How to use:
- Cook them in 4 minutes in unsalted boiling water over low heat, or leave them to soak in hot water not brought to a boil (70-80 °) for about 10 minutes, covered.
- Once drained and passed under cold water, dip them in the broth previously prepared for your homemade ramen soup!
