Your child may be ready to explore new forms of food if he:

How to use
- Twist the lid to open, remove the lid, put the lid on and twist again to close.
Fully cooked and ready to serve. All you have to do is add the liquid.
Easy way to setup:
- Pour 1/4 cup of the cereal into a bowl.
- For best results, stir in 1/4 cup of liquid (breast milk, formula, water).
- For a lighter texture, stir in 1/3 cup of liquid.
- Serve as is or warm in the microwave.
- Be sure to always check its temperature before feeding.
- Any pills that have not been taken should be discarded.
Microwave heating instructions:
- Put cold liquid to warm at medium temperature (50% power) for 15-30 seconds.
- Mix the hot liquid with the cereal.
- Stir to even temperature.
- The temperature is always tested before feeding.
