• The yellow and rougher side of the file is for an eventual preliminary filing of male nails (usually thicker and harder) and for toenails.
• The thinner and lighter coloured side allows a more precise filing.

How to use:

• Use the lighter side with long, agile movements from the edges to the center to give the nails the desired shape.
• To keep nails strong, avoid filing deeply the sides of the tip of the nail.
• Finally, file and eliminate any roughness that may have remained making small vertical passes, from top to bottom and vice versa, with the tip of the file.
• This will also allow the 3 layers of the nail to be sealed again. If it is necessary to do a previous filing (if there is a lot to file or if the nails are hard), you can start with the yellow rough side and finish with the lighter side.
