- We fortify our cereals with iron because it is very important for early growth.
- Pediatricians recommend introducing iron-rich foods, including fortified cereals, to help maintain adequate iron levels for both breastfed and formula-fed infants.
- Pour the required amount of cereal into a bowl.
- Stir it in a liquid (breast milk, formula or water).
- Stir until desired consistency.
- Serve as is or warm.
- Eliminate the remaining grains from the meal.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of dry cereal with 3-4 of breast milk or formula.
- Increase the amount of liquid until the desired consistency is reached.
- Gradually increase the amount given to the child during the child's next meals.
- Heat your liquid of choice over medium heat (50%) for 15 to 30 seconds.
- Pour and mix heated liquid thoroughly with cereal to even out temperature.
- Test the temperature before serving.

My baby didn't like it even though the nice smell of it. It's very nice and tasty, and the quantity is perfect for such a price. Otherwise, it's simple to prepare and backed with nutrients. Recommended.
